Registration and conference fee
Speaker Registration, specifically the topics of their contributions (lectures, research presentations, project introductions, etc.),
will open on May 1 and will
close on July 31, 2025.
There are 17 available speaker slots, and speakers are exempt from the conference fee.
Successful submissions will be
announced by August 8.

Audience Registration will
open on June 1 and will
close once all available places are filled.
There are 60 available spots for audience members.
The conference fee will be announced prior to the start of audience registration.
Registration of Speakers
There are 17 places available for speakers, each lasting 25 minutes. If there are more people interested in lectures than there are available places, priority will be given to contributions bringing new information and discoveries, with original topics or supplementing the context of other lectures. In justified cases, it is possible to extend the duration of the lecture. Conference speakers are granted an exemption from the registration fee.
